Unlocking Potential: Using the Enneagram in Coaching, Leadership & Self Management

Reach the pinnacle of competence as a leader, coach or individual with one of the most powerful, targeted personality tools available to unlock potential. The Enneagram is a key to understand how people feel, think and behave.  It will help you understand blind spots that block potential.  It provides understanding of one's self and is a tool for deep level self-sustaining transformation.

The Enneagram is scientifically validated and available in the public domain, which doesn't require license for usage.  It is also the greatest tool for higher Emotional Intelligence, which is the greatest predictor of success, adaptability, and effectiveness.  It refers to the nine ("Ennea") personality points and roots back many centuries.  As a coach, leader, and individual it opens the door to understanding of one's self & impact on others.

The presenter, Ken Sergi, is a certified coach and Organization Development specialist, has utilized MBTI, DISC and the Enneagram in both business and personal coaching of clients.  The Enneagram has proven to be the easiest and most powerful wholistic tool for the greatest sustainable transformation.  He was worked with companies such as Cisco and the U.S. Treasury and managed training and professional development programs worldwide.  He recently worked on the project for the U.S. Dept of Defense project to convert the civilian workforce to pay-for-performance.

This is a value-packed limited one hour.  You'll want to arrive early.  This 1-hour lecture is only offered on a periodic basis as a keynote.  It's being offered at a one-time rate that only recuperates administrative costs as a way of helping people in these current times.
